Your information
When you purchase PixFiler, you will do the actual transaction with a company named FastSpring. They will send us some of the information you enter when you purchase PixFiler. The information we will receive and store is: Your name and address, your telephone number, your email address, your IP-address at the time of the purchase and what you bought. We will store this information for as long as you are a customer of our company. We use this information to verify that you are a customer if you contact our company. We do not use this information for marketing and we will hot share the information with anyone outside our company. The only exception is if required by law by the authorities, for example in case of a tax audit.
You can at any time ask us to delete whatever information we have about you. We will do this as long as it is not in conflict with the law. Some information we are required to keep for five years. If you ask us to delete your information, you will not be a customer anymore and will not receive support for PixFiler.
You can at any time ask us to send you a copy of all information we have stored about you. We will reply to such requests within a week.
