- what goes wrong? Do you get any error messages?
- what did you do in the software when the problem occured?
Including this information in the error report saves us (and you) a lot of time as it makes it easier to find out what causes the problem. We will attend to your problem as soon as possible and you can usually expect to hear from us the next working day.
