Problem Reporting

If you experience any problems with our software, please send an e-mail to . Please include the following information in the e-mail:

• software name and version
• Windows version
• what goes wrong? Do you get any error messages?
• what did you do in the software when the problem occured?

Including this information in the error report saves us (and you) a lot of time as it makes it easier to find out wyy the program fails. We will attend to your problem as soon as possible and you can usually expect to hear from us the next working day.
